台灣再生能源發展條例 - 屋頂光電規範 (2025/2026生效)

Taiwan Renewable Energy Act - Rooftop Solar mandates

根據最新三讀修正通過條文:新建、增建或改建之建築物,達一定規模(例如屋頂面積 300 坪以上者),起造人應設置一定比率之太陽光電發電設備。

According to recent amendments: New, extended, or reconstructed buildings exceeding specified sizes (e.g. roof spaces above 300 pings) must install rooftop solar arrays under legal mandates.
